working principle:
The sample is mixed with high-density zirconia shear magnetic beads and digestive enzymes, and then subjected to constant temperature digestion and tissue shear to obtain a high concentration of live cell suspension. After digestion termination, filtration and washing, and if necessary, red blood cell lysis steps can be performed to obtain millions to millions of live cells, and different tissues can achieve a cell yield of over 90%.
